AG 100 exclusion in one year warranty and repair service from 1 Jan 2017

Dear valued customers,

By following Hilti headquater warranty service policy, starting from 1 Jan 2017, AG 100 will be excluded in one year warranty and repair service if it is sold from 1 Jan 2017.  It means that our tool service center will not examine AG 100 condition or offer repair service.

Our customer service team and Hilti Center will help verify the AG 100 serial numbers upon customer repair inquiry and stop AG 100 repair pick-up if the tool is sold after 1 Jan 2017.

However, warranty and repair service for AG 100 sold before end of 2016 will  be remained the same.
