Ordering online, in stores or over the phone is currently unavailable

We thought you’d like advance notice that we’ll be upgrading and improving our ordering system over the weekend of 23-25 November. The system will go offline at 06:00 on Friday 23 November and return to normal operation at 07:00 on Monday 26 November. You won’t be able to place any orders with us between those times, either online, on the phone or in Hilti stores. ON!Track, Fleet Management and online self-services will also be unavailable. We recommend you submit your orders as soon as possible.  But we are not going offline completely!  You´ll still be able to access digital downloads, product information and videos from this website.  We hope this brief downtime won’t cause you any inconvenience, and we’d like to thank you in advance for bearing with us while we carry out this necessary work.
