Service Arrangement Changes on 24 July 2026
To facilitate our internal company event on 24 July 2026 (Friday), our service hours and order/repair service arrangements will be adjusted on that day. Please refer to the details and make the necessary arrangements in advance.
Fuel Surcharge Notice 2026
Effective 15 May 2026, a temporary HKD50 fuel surcharge will apply to each order and charged repair. The fee will be reviewed monthly based on fuel price changes and shown as a separate item on orders and invoices.
Notification of Product Prices and Order Handling Charge Adjustment
Hilti notifies customers of price increases effective 15 May 2026 for chemical products, order handling, and repairs, plus a temporary fuel surcharge, driven by inflation, logistics and material cost rises, and Middle East conflicts.
2026 January & February Service Adjustment Announcement
