Notice of Service Arrangement Changes on 25-26 September 2026
To help you plan ahead for the Mid-Autumn Festival, please note the following adjustments to our service hours and delivery arrangements on 25–26 September 2026. Hilti Online at www.hilti.com.hk will remain available as usual on both days.
Notification of Product Prices and Order Handling Charge Adjustment
We would like to inform you that a price adjustment will be implemented for selected products, effective 1 October 2026.
Exclusive Online Ordering Benefits and Updated Collection Service Charges
From 8 Aug, enjoy a preferential Order Handling Charge on orders placed via Hilti Online or the Hilti Shop App. Selected pick-up services will be subject to a standard service charge.
Fuel Surcharge Notice 2026
Effective 15 May 2026, a temporary HKD50 fuel surcharge will apply to each order and charged repair. The fee will be reviewed monthly based on fuel price changes and shown as a separate item on orders and invoices.
