Applying Torque to Anchor Bolt being Cast-in before Concreting and Post-Installed.
Will there be any difference in terms of anchor capacity between applying torque to hilti anchor bolts that are cast-in before concreting and post installed after concrete casted?

For your case using HILTI anchor bolts cast-in before concreting and post-installed after, our ETA report does not cover this installation method.
