To install cast in channels, portion of concrete would be replaced by those cast in channels, then the thickness ( eg : wall ) of the wall would be less the original design, will it be questioned by BD, ASD, HA ........ regarding the FRR ?

Are you referring the cast-in Channel which installed in the curtain wall application? if yes, please find the below response for your review. If no, could please you specify the application you are considering to install the cast-in channel.
For the fire resistance consideration, the approval body usually consider the spandrel area as more critical in curtain wall application. The cast-in channel/embed are used and the certain portion of concrete will be reduced but no significant.
For the spandrel area, there are the standard BS EN1364 and EN12101 should be complied according to the Practice for Fire Safety in Buildings 2011.
