CPD Certificate

How do I receive the CPD certificate? Based on your previous answer, it will be automatically sent to my email after I complete the on-demand video. But I haven't received it yet. I've also sent queries to your email (engineeringteam.hk@hilti.com), but haven't received a response yet. Thank you.
