Does SOFA based design meet the FOS3 requirement?
I see that the material factor is now 1.5.
But in order to meet the FOS3 requirement, does the working load need to be multiplied by 2?

Dear Leo Lau,
FOS = 3 is not pre-set for SOFA-based design, and multiplying
the loading input by 2 is a simple way to prove the FOS = 3 requirement.
