Question.3 Can the mentioned anchor bolt be applied 65x45mm in attached block section during the anchor extracted?

Thank you for your enquiry. Please find the below replies for your reference.
Question 1:
We only have round head for HHD-S light duty metal anchors.
Question 2:
M8*24 is more suitable since the panel thickness for M8*24 is 23-25mm and M8*12 is only 11-13mm. However, it does not meet the 20mm requirement. So, it is suggested that a pull-out test should be carried for the inspection.
Question 3:
HHD-S can be applied on drywall and masonry. So, it should be applicable for your case. However, there are another considerations such as loading requirement and fixture thickness. You may find the details in the submission folder also.
