Hilti HY-200 with Rebar for hong kong

Please clarify any recommended load used for rebar with HY200, if T12 rebar with embedment length 120mm in hong kong code.Aslo, the effective embedment length for T12?

If it is post-installed rebar, advise the spacing=150mm, edge distance=35mm cover (for both x and y direction) and concrete grade C45 for your calculation.
