Hilti May 7 2021 Certificate Missing

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding the missing certificate dated on May 7 2021 for "Profis Engineering Premium - Anchor Design". I had attended the above mentioned webinar and had received a confirmation email. Yet, when I clicked on the link in the confirmation email, it directed me to the certificates page under my account, but there doesn't show the May 7 2021 certificate. I have attached the screen shot of the confirmation email below. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.
