HY-200 can apply to hanger wall to beam connection (2hrs)

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am preparing staircase addition work BD submission. The proposed staircase has 2hours fire resistance requirement, and causes permanent tension to existing structure (approx.20.7MPa) through hanger wall. My question is whether HY-200 (BD ref No.BD-AF154) can be applied to this situation.
