Missing Certificate of Webinar

I am writing regarding the missing certificate dated on May 7 2021 for "Profis Engineering Premium - Anchor Design". I had attended the above mentioned webinar. But so far, I have not receive any notification or reminder to collect the CPD certificate. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.
