what is the test load with HY200 with rebar?
Under Building Department Approval Requirement, Is there any test load failure criteria limit to the bar break failure so that the test load is limited to 0.87FyA?

Dear Kin Long Yeung,
The purpose of onsite pullout test is verifying the workmanship of the installation, according to the Code of Practice for the Structural Use of Steel 2011, the materials safety factor is 1.15 for rebar. Therefore, the test load should not exceed the 0.87 x yield load of rebar to avoid permanent damage to the rebar.
