With reference to earlier notification regarding product prices and order handling charges adjustment, an order handling charge will be imposed and replaced the current delivery charge, with effective from 01 August 2022.
Order handling charge does not only limit to delivery fees. It is also inclusive of goods handling, packaging, and warehousing costs. These costs have been increasing massively due to different local and global challenges such as the global supply chain disruption, the high rise of storage, transportation, and labor costs in our market. The introduction of order handling charge will enable us to sustain our best-in-class services.
