Dear Valued Customers,

To ensure the safety of our personnel and customers, we will be adjusting our service arrangements due to the current inclement weather conditions. Our website, www.hilti.com.hk, remains fully operational for your convenience.

Service Arrangement

• Customer Service Hotline will be in operation as normal
  
• Hilti Store Tai Kok Tsui will be closed at 3pm
  
• Hilti Store Macau will be in operation as normal
• Tool Service Center will be closed at 3pm (Time promise calculation is excluded for repair orders during Tool Service Center closed.)

Earlier Order Cut-off Time for next-day delivery

• General next-day delivery for Hong Kong will be 3pm
• Fleet Management Tools on Demand/ Loan tool service will be 12:30pm

Delivery Arrangement

• Delivery may be delayed and resume as soonest depending on inclement weather conditions
