DETAILS & CONDITIONS

  • Order handling Charge are free
  • More than 130+ self pickup locations (more to come) including pickup stations and lockers.
  • Order cut-off time 2pm
  • Available for standard order, self-pickup station < 80kg, self-pickup locker < 20kg
  • If package size over limited, our customer service will contact you for special arrangement. 
  • An order is generally shipped and will arrive the next day (except outlying islands and certain areas). Please refer to the pick-up notification via SMS. 
  • Once the order has arrived at the designated pick-up point, a pick-up notification will be sent via SMS to your contact number provided. The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct contact details; HILTI shall not be held liable for message delivery failure incurred by customer’s input error.
  • An order must be picked up within 3 days after receipt of the pick-up notification; any unclaimed order will be cancelled and discarded without further notice.
  • Anyone picking up an order must present the pick-up notification. Please make sure that you have picked up the correct order before leaving the pick-up point.
  • Pick-up hours may vary by pick-up point, please refer to pickup notification SMS
  • Please note that signage on delivery note as proof of delivery is not available for Self Pick-up service.
  • This service is not available in Macau

How do I know if order is succesfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation SMS from Hilti after order is succesfully placed. 

How do I know that my order has been delivered and is ready for pickup?

A pick-up notification will be sent to you by our partner carrier SF Express by SMS. If you did not receive any notification, please contact your Account Manager or our customer service.

When can I pick up my order?

Delivery only takes one working day. Business hours will be displayed at checkout during “Carrier Station” selection and on final confirmation page.

How to pick up the order?
Pick your order by showing the pickup notification or inputting pickup password sent from SF Express by SMS.

How long will the pickup location hold the order?

The pickup location will hold the order for 3 calendar days. If the order is not collected by that time, the location will return the order to us.
